How to Make a Good Chatbot

Think of each job trajectory as a sequence of categories. The specific way that we encoded these categories was numbers. If there are 500 different categories, each job is just going to be a number between 1 and 500. And this is similar to ideas from natural language processing or NLP. Instead of adjusting the model to be a chatbot, we then adjust the model to make predictions of future jobs on survey data sets for social sciences.
