We have this reward system in our brain that's set up that when we look at porn, we get a hit of dopamine. Your brain thinks that dopamine is super important and it remembers where, when and how it gets the dopamine. The more that you look at it, the more your brain is trained to want it. Desire is an emotion, which means that desire comes from our thoughts always.
