I think what you mentioned about the coding interview, for example, is pretty interesting. Why are we quizzing on things that are borderline irrelevant to work when there are far superior alternatives? And I'm heavily biased again, because I'm an educator, but and like, after like sitting through trainings with people after like the first half day, I mean, if I wanted to, I could like rank order people like from programming skills, right?
