I thought the Lakers were one of the big early winners of free agency. I think they fairly compensated DeAngelo Russell, but avoided getting stuck into a long-term contract with him. On those nights when LeBron and AD don't play, somebody still needs to score. And that's what Daniel Russell can do on those nights.
