We need to do a better job getting people into the occupation of construction. Women only make three to four % of the actual construction labor force, but bringing people into the sector is part of diversifying the industry. And other positives, we have seen some reports that indicate the upply chain issues are starting to get better. We're working tor as we see the short term cyclical weakness in the market place.
