I Think Pope Francis Is a Local Pastor

The papacy has become a more ordinary office that you would have thought of as high as the 10th. I think in some ways Pope Francis intends to exercise the papal office a little bit more like the local pastor writ large. And it's kind of an interesting experiment, because no one knows exactly what the limitations are.
