Gemma's research area is resilient so that's the area that i've worked in for the last decade, but also the area wie i've been doing doctorat research. She thought there was so much she could be sharing to help people navigate uncertainty. The news letter grew quite quickly on linked in learning, and i think within 11 months there were 250 thousand subscribers. So it really game momentom quite quickly. And i honestly think that's because of the topic, eause i talk the news letters called minset matters. What do we need to think about going to help us thrive, or even sometimes just survive?
