How Do Beliefs Trick You?

Most people assume that you can do it based on feeling and intuition. But they forget that every belief s true once it's held. If i tell you that santa claus is real, that won't feel true to you because you actually hold the opposite belief. You don't hold most of your beliefs based on solid evidence and logic and reason. What you do is you simply latch on to the first belief that comes our way that feels right. That's not how you do it. It's a first come, first serve sort of basis.
