Is India Diversifying Its Foreign Policy?
Is india diversifying its foreign policy more in this fourth phase than was the case in earlier periods? I think it has too. My own sort of mantra for this is issue based, coalitions of the willing and able find partners on issues that matter to us. And depending on what we can work together with them. So yes, it would be a sort of variable goantry that you're your operativ. It won't be easy, but i think that's what the situation demands.
