Giving Positive Feedback Is a Good Idea
One thing that i always remember when giving feedback is like a sandwich. You start with all the positive things that they do, and then in the middle of the sandwich, you sandwich in between basically the good things the more critical things that you want to say. There's definitely diferent phrases and stuf tht you're oing to want to use so that you might not sound too direct or too rude. For example, using motil verbs can be really good. Something else they can help is a using words like, i recommend that you or maybe you could consider a words like this.
