How to Build a Community for Agile Teams

We had a huge Israeli development team and a huge US based team. And from the start they were sort of high, high degrees of competition between both of the groups. It was until we decided that we needed to kind of break up teams into these smaller community groups to work on a big corporate problem. They didn't actually merge together. But it seemed to pull those teams together because they started to have to work together on something. That was one way. The other way was, if you think of agile we've, I've always thought of agile is the big tent. You know, there's lots and lots of different smaller segments that it can be broken out into.
