How to Stop Emotional Eating After a Bad Day
You have to understand why t b is in your life in the first place. It helps you to unwiden, to recharge your batteries. So if all you're doing is working for 12 hours a day, then the tv a was actually doing you good. Too much work just gets you too narrow minded and eventually you do burn out. Here's some of the activities that i think are going to relax you - it may seem like work at first but after a few months or years they can become a joy.
