The Rise of Higher Quality Coffee
I think we're seeing more filter in the cafe and probably a rise in espresso for a D2C. Once you start drinking high quality specialty coffee, it's very hard to go back. I don't see that shrinking by any means. The price will go up as a lot of tea drinking cultures are adopting specialty coffee incredibly fast. But I think we're really just seeing a glimpse of what it's going to be.
