The Dogmatic Certitude of the Scientific Community
When you talk primarily about theoretical physics, astronomy, quantum mechanics, I sense a appropriate humility that we do not have all the questions. Social sciences and environmental sciences others where the dogma factor to me seems much, much higher than it does in some of the physical sciences. Well for sure there is an embarrassment of riches but as at any banquet you have to pick and choose with respect to the arrogance of the scientific community no matter what you pickyou will emerge well satisfied and ready for a round of Alka cells.
