We are not attracted to the small. We are attracted to the bigger large, and I mean, we're humans. It's quite it's quite natural that we feel that way. But but volume is another way to measure, you know, and it's like, can your toes spread and move? And when it doesn't, and you're doing it for 10,000 steps a day, 10,000 is a high volume. So this is why books like this are important, because it's sometimes even just the connection to the idea about what's happening.
