How to Schedule a Tech Talk at a Conference
I was impressed by how many of the technical talks were just standing room or spilling out into the hallway. I don't know how they can solve for this, but just knowing the general interest and being able to match that to the room would have really helped this conference out. And these types of conferences were actually slightly less technical than some of the companion ones.
