Cloning a Jean in a Mouse

There were efforts under way at around the same time to cloane the gean for huntington's disease, ancistic fibrosis, muscular distrophe. One thing that helped with the mice is that there existed a chromozome in mice. And one of the students who came to work on this project very early was a young man named nate bhary. He took glass needles, if you can believe it, and dissected out, under a microscope, the rough regions of the chromozome,. six and four that we knew must have the jean in them.
