Organizations Need Structure, Organization Needs Hierarchy

Any large organization of people doing complex, coordinated tasks needs some kind of structure. hierarchies can be more authoritarian or they can be more democratic. A co operative is to an ordinary corporation as a representative democracy is to a dictatorship. In the future we'll take a look at perfectly functional hunter gather societies where men and women are equal.
