The Reality of God Making Us Humble

Kain: The church I grew up in had a plaque on the wall that said the God of the Bible kills people. What a way to start afraid. But that aside, great. To me, that callback changes the way I seek being cut off fromGod. Kain: Maybe it's not like a rule that God's putting down because it makes me look different than everybody else. But maybe it's that if I don't observe Shabbat, I'm in danger of all sorts of things.
