Weisselberg was the cfo, i believe, of the trump organization at a time. He is accused of cooking the books to say that their properties and holdings were more valuable when they were trying to get loans but then undervaluing them once tax authorities came around. Jill: It's fascinating that he's willing to testify against the organization, but not against trump himself. Do you think he can pull off the tight rope act? I don't think he can. But the plea agreement is a great deal for him. The judge made a very big point out of saying that requires that you testify fully and truthfully in the trial which is set for october 20th.
