By default, i something called mind wandering or having off task thoughts during an ongoing task or activity. In this particular moment, and in many moments where we want to be present, our mind can get hyjacked away. We can rewine the mind very easily to past experiences, to reflect on them, et cetera. Or wea forward to future events, planning, you know, thinking about future scenarios,. That is what makes us uniquely human. And so this connects back to what e're talking about a moment ago, with mindfulness. You know, the opposite of this wandering mind that isn't in the past or the future or somebody else's mind, is a mindful one
