Tomb sweeping and eating cold food are original customs of the Han Shure Festival. In China, every single holiday or special occasion is linked with a very specific food. I think it's interesting that we probably don't have a specific food in America for every national holiday or like, you know, other kind of day. Well, yeah, you could say, Oh, Lincoln Day Okay, hot dogs. Okay, Fourth of July hot dogs. But in China, there's no such thing as "Lincoln Day" because they're all holidays.
