The bank of england has had to spend 65 billion pounds to prop up the markets because of what they describe s a material risk. Where have you been? Well, i think we've got to remember the situation we were facing this winter. We were facing a situation where people could have had to pay energy bills of up to six thousand pounds and inflation was increasing. So we had to take decisive action. And that's why we took action, to make sure people aren't paying a typical fuel bill of more than two thousand 500 pounds yet - before the minny budget
