Ran: A lot of he advice out there will bias you against adding, adding in consulting revenue. And a lot of great companies, probably most famously recently is hubspot,. There's a lot of things in there that are service, is revenue. They just try not to call it that. RAN: One area i can tell you first hand, and i struggle with, is hiring. I mean, it's so hard to hire the right people.
