In 2012 and 2010, we were paying $30,000, $40,000 for properties that are worth four or five times that today. So depending on when you buy and if prices have gone down enough, you could see upside really in those markets as well. But again, if you're trying to grow a net worth, then, you know, I personally still want to be in those growth markets.
