There are certain provisions that are like afits, against public policy. It's not enforceable, actuallyn so the trustye would not be required to follow through on it. In fact, the beneficiary could argue against it and make sure they get paid out. You can't pectwell, i've got three kids, and i'm just going to say the two that i like get at 50 50. Now you got to specifically say, the one that i don't like gets nothing. If you didn't specifically disinherit them, youud be cause. This is really the narcissus way to control their family from the grave.
