Be prepared to answer this question strongly, not to be defensive or combative. You can ask your clients if they would mind writing you a testimonial. I've asked my top clients to come on and do Q and A's with people. Think of creative ways that you could create a situation that feels good for your clients,. And then have those on hand to say, I can answer these questions.
