A year ago to the day, my wife gave me permission to hire a life coach. And i had never thought that i would spend this much money till i hang out with a person on zoom for an hour a week. So we got into our first meeting, and i had made the promise to myself that i was going to fully step into these things and these meetings nd and not hold anything back. When we talked about what i wanted in my life, she asked me what was holding me back. And i don't even remember what it was now, to be honest.
