Leaders' vision is incredibly important. Many times, one of the reasons an organization is not gaining traction is because people don't clearly understand the vision. When you move people from simply benefiting from what you're doing to participating in then what that means is they have bought into the vision. In today's world, a business is no longer what it tells customers it is. A business is what customers tell other customers it was.
