How to Set Up a Board of Volunteers for Jango Con Europe

Jungle con europe is trying to document everything down so that even if we have a new board uh at the end of the year we just refer to them this is how you do things. i realized that when we do a call for call for nominations we don't tell people what's really involved in  that role maybe it might make the blog post long about. jungle con europe should be in september and jungle Con Europe is in october so we are also trying to manage that bit. If you could find a sustainable way of raising a european organization running that i think that would be great for jungle dezef, africa and other continents as well
