How to Improve Yourself as a Leader
You can't ask your team members to do something with a set of technology that you're not knowledgeable of yourself. You need to understand what the technology does, what it can potentially do to the company and before you ask your team member. Any way that I can learn how to get under the skin of my team, get to understand their personality, both personally and professionally,. Get to understand what inspires them to do more, what makes them tick. And so between understanding yourself, personal transformation change, personality tests, those types of things are always that you as a leader can propel yourself forward and use that transformation for the organization.
