Is There a Market for Cash?

I kind of feel like volatility is back. I don't think we're going to go back to those periods where, you know, volatilities in the mid dlotens just trends up and to the right. And i think that cash should be held in us Dollars rather than some foreign currency. But a, now, i think everybody should own gold in their portfolio. Gold hasn't done great in us Dollar terms for a long time but it's done well in other currencies besides the U.S.
