Mindfulness - Is There Any Risk of Undoing the Benefits of Mindfulness?
One of the things i'm curious about is now talking about someone who's not necessarily in one of these high stressed jobs, but some one who's just trying to get some of the basic benefits of mindfulness. In the same way that you can train your brain by focusing on your breath, if you then spend a large part of your day, ou know, mindlessly scrolling on social media, is that undoing any of the benefitsa? I don't think so.
