Is the World Coming Out of the Financial Crisis?

The world is only now coming out of the post-crisis environment, says Andrew Keen. A lot of that comes down to demographics, he thinks, particularly in the case of Japan. Europe has similar kind of demographic issues coming to those that arrived a while ago and it's not clear if they will be as problematic or less so. The new guy coming in at the Bank of Japan doesn't seem to be convinced that you can actually start tightening just yet.
