"It's upsetting as always with this youtube stuff because it is a thing upon which like it's never about any one video but it is about the system upon which livelihoods depend" "As a user of youtube it's incredibly infuriating to press a button that says hey human is going to look at this and you get a form letter back that explains nothing right"  i'm sure as a content creator the thing that i would want to have happen is when you press the manual review button maybe it comes back with the judgment that you don't want but it should also come back with a timestamp," he said.
