The Impact of Henry Kissinger's Travel on Human Rights
In the early 2000s, Kissinger was sought for questioning and connection with human rights abuses by former South American military dictatorships. He ducked investigators once declining to appear before a court in France and quickly leaving Paris after receiving a summons who was never charged or prosecuted for deaths in Cambodia or anywhere else. It's going to be very difficult for him to travel anywhere in the world because there will be summons out for his arrest,. whatever became of that effort to arrest and try Kissinger.
