David Gergen: I think we're going to have a little crossover edition here as we move in to these next few months. It's called the odd years because we're starting it here in an even numbered year. He says Kevin McCarthy wrangled his unruly bunch and passed a debt ceiling limit raise that included cuts at basically zero, but where does this go now?
