Ehte: When i joined contemptle, they were just kind of in this moment between in a product and realizing that in order for us to really achieve our goals overtime. We wanted to be able to help enterprises and small businesses and medium sized businesses used their content infor structure in a much more leveraged way. And so it's about turning from an inward focus, where we knew that customer so well by heart, to now a really outward facing focus. So thats the challenge. Then, strategic and process.
