Is Poland a Member of the Euro Zone?

Poland is committed under its Treaty of Exession also to participate in the economic and monetary union. But I think it's an open secret that it's not happening anytime soon, says Andrew Hammond. The issue has been largely buried by Poland's law and justice party which is overtly euro skeptic. And with good reason, because for an emerging market economy, the Poland still can be qualified as high income.
