Meditation Therapy

meditation allows me to go inward. therapy is something i've experience in the past where i know myself better because i expressed who i was to somebody else. And so meditation therapy o to do for me that have worked and helped me, ye, get closer to myself and be more confident in myself. Yet, i wish i did those things. I clearly don't need them. O, no, it's a, i'mther i'm sure those things are helpful to literly anybody, no matter how secure or whatever they might be.
