Is There a Government Body for Sports?

I wonder if there's a government body for sports overall, because I know in American football, there's been some changes to the rules with all these head injuries. So many cases of long-term brain injuries or head injuries that so many of these fighters and athletes go through years and years after. But also, yeah, no blood on the field as well. And obviously the head injury is a big, big one. It was just shocking to see how they kind of went ahead with it regardless. Yeah, but it's just pretty wild. I think that maybe people would make a bit of a fuss. Because of this controversy, now it's popping off and maybe there'll be something
