The top 16 best days to sell are in the month of May alone. Over 51 million single family home and condo sales over the past 12 years, 2011 to 2022. The summer and spring months, especially May, June and April are the most active for home buying. We need more inventory that's reflective of 17, 18 and 19 like the charts that we just looked at.
