The Pendulum Swing in the Office
Bank of America announced this morning that its senior leaders would be required to be in, um, in office five days. Dave McKai, the CEO of RBC a couple of weeks ago, released an edict that all employees had to be in office now three days a week. Why? Because most new Canadians end up living in the, in the golden horseshoe area and there is a pendulum swing back to requiring people in office. Research shows those who are working from home are more productive than those working from home.
