Is Uber a Good SaaS Application?
Lucy: I think retail apps have really set the expectations really high. When you hit a SaaS application, which requires training and it requires you to spend some time learning how to use It's not like Netflix or Uber because they're so easy. She says we forget that and that learning card when it comes to these, you know, system implementations. "I'm always happy to connect and have people reach out to me," she said.
