It's useful to set yourself that habit because there were a time when you thought, I have no idea what I'm going to write about. Some surveys are really painful for those who do not self-reflect. If someone scores themselves really high on a category and someone scores themselvesreally low on the same category, that in itself is another data point in terms of humility or self-awareness.
