Are you sure that he wouldn't be in a better position now had the process been allowed to flow more? It's almost like he has created, he has prolonged his own case by resisting so extremely from what might otherwise have happened. And even moments like now, i would suggest that maybe, maybe itwould be better for him and for you as a family to allow it to happen.
