Is There a Relationship Between Product and Customer?

I think we also talked about that this friction is actually good, these conversations you need to be had. And that's something I'm also trying with our business analyst, which I have a partnership with this project where we're building a live dashboard. So the second step will be to take these metrics and feed it with a live data stream. You can actually actively see this relationship between, you know, if product does X, then there's a reaction in customer support or even beginning of the journey versus end of the journey.
