The final thought is that this is not science fiction. These are things that organizations are doing to day, ways that they're accounting for a much richer context. This is not something that you have to wait and think that we'll wait until it gets proved out. I'd say start down this road. Start looking in areas where you see that the world has made it much more connected, contextual and continuous. Find those opportunities where you need to put your effort.
