Ca: We need to tryangulate towards a solution. And leaving the teachers out would be a big mistake. From the data that we're seeing, they are having problems with their own mental health as i mentioned before. The schools are doing things like providing them incentives and helping out with substitutes when they can find them. There is a problem. It's not new. They're not the most well paid profession in our society. In those countries where this profession is treated differently and seeng differently and paid for there, for their contributions, they get better outcomes.
