Northwest Air Link 5719 crashed on its way to land in Washington state. NTSB is investigating the cause of the crash, which involved a jet stream 3100. The FAA has issued an airworthiness directive requiring that pilots have ice observation lights on their right wing so they can see if there's icing or not. All pilots operating aircraft must also have access to their own approach charts and brief them ahead of time.
